We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Strategist to lead the charge in amplifying our brand's voice. In this role, you’ll shape our brand narrative, craft strategic campaigns, and work cross-functionally to ensure our messaging resonates globally. This role goes beyond marketing—it’s about inspiring emotions and uniting people through the joy of karaoke.

The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Strategist to lead the charge in amplifying our brand's voice. In this role, you’ll shape our brand narrative, craft strategic campaigns, and work cross-functionally to ensure our messaging resonates globally. This role goes beyond marketing—it’s about inspiring emotions and uniting people through the joy of karaoke.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute bold, data-driven brand strategies that elevate The Singing Machine’s market presence.
- Act as our top brand ambassador, driving awareness and engagement through both online and offline channels.
- Partner with Product Development and Customer Experience teams to align brand strategies with consumer insights.
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Have a hands-on approach in overseeing content creation for social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media initiatives.
- Lead site merchandising across all platforms, including our website and eCommerce pages.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, vendor events, and promotional activities.
- Supervise a marketing associate and seasonal interns.
- Travel: 10-20% local travel for events and content creation efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles (B2C preferred).
- Proven success managing PPC, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and social media programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with FB, Google, TV media ad buying, and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative thinker with a love for aesthetics, great copy, and witty communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in consumer electronics, toys, lifestyle, or home goods industries.
- Background in advertising, creative services, or public relations.
- A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and creative execution.
